Hi, I'm Daniel, the coach behind Guidanceforge
“Careers aren't found, they're built. My job is to help you build yours, deliberately and with confidence.”
By day I lead teams at a Malta iGaming company, where I review CVs and run the interviews that decide who gets hired. I bring that same view to coaching students, professionals and senior leaders, in Malta and online. We work on the practical side (CVs, interviews, positioning, strategy) and the bigger question of where you actually want to go.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start?
No. Plenty of people book the free discovery call precisely because they're unsure. We start from where you are and work towards a clear direction together.
Who do you work with?
Students and graduates finding their footing, professionals moving up or changing fields, and senior leaders and executives. Each of the three tracks is built for a different stage of a working life.
How much does coaching cost?
Sessions start at €30 for students and €40 for professionals, with bespoke executive programmes from €250. The 15-minute discovery call is always free, and you only pay (by Revolut) after a paid session.
You're in Malta, but can we work together from elsewhere?
Yes. I'm Malta-based and coach online by video call with clients anywhere in the world, so you don't need to be on the island.
How soon can I get started?
Usually within a few days. Book the free discovery call, and if we're a good fit we'll schedule your first session at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends.
