Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use Guidanceforge, whatever their ability or technology.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act. Accessibility is considered as the site is built, not bolted on afterwards.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading order, landmarks, and a “skip to content” link.
- Keyboard operability for menus, forms, and the booking wizard.
- Visible focus states, form labels, and live-region announcements for dynamic results.
- Colour contrast checked against AA, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
- Content that reflows without loss on small screens and at increased zoom.
Known limitations
Some content is generated by automated AI tools and may vary in structure. If you hit anything that doesn't work well with your assistive technology, please tell us and we'll help directly and fix it.
Reporting a problem
Email info@guidanceforge.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll respond within a few business days, and offer the information or service you needed in another format in the meantime.
