I coach careers, and I also hire for them. By day I'm Director of AI Platform, DevOps & Cybersecurity at a Malta iGaming company, where I lead teams, review CVs and run the interviews that decide who gets the job. Guidanceforge is where I put that same seat at the table on your side of the process.
So the advice isn't recycled from a template. It's grounded in how hiring decisions really get made here, in a small, referral-heavy market. I work one-to-one with students, professionals and senior leaders (online, in Malta and worldwide) on the practical side of CVs, interviews, LinkedIn and positioning, and on the harder question of where you actually want to go. You'll get honest feedback rather than reassurance, backed by a Level 7 Award in Coaching & Mentoring, so you leave with better judgement and a plan you can keep using long after the session ends.
